In conjunction with the Holy Birth of Prophet Muhammad, the Turkish Cultural Centre and the Harmony Centre organized a seminar on "Muhammad (PBUH): Prophet of Mercy" by Professor Recep Senturk from Fatih University, Istanbul. Participants from diverse backgrounds discovered Prophet's mercy towards his friends and family; animals, plants and even towards his enemies.

After the Q & A session, participants were given roses which represents Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Ottoman literature.
