Turkish Cultural Centre, Turkish Embassy in Singapore and Malay Studies Department, National University of Singapore (NUS) organized “Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi: Enlightenment through the Ages” seminar.

 

 

More than three hundred academics and selected guests thoroughly enjoyed the Sema and Classical Turkish Music Performance by Fatih Sema Group in NUS.

Assoc. Prof. Syed Farid Alatas, Head of Malay Studies Department and Mr. Cemal Usak, Vice President, The Journalists and Writers Foundation, Istanbul gave lectures about the Sufism and life of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi.
