Turkish Cultural Centre is opening a food exhibition at Assyakirin Family Fiesta 2008 at Assyakirin Mosque. Our members will display two exclusive dishes from Turkish cuisine. "Sarma" is rice wrapped with vine leaves and "Cezerye" is a special Turkish dessert made from carrot and buscuits.
