Students and teachers from Hwa Chong Institution have enjoyed themselves during their field trip at the  Turkish Cultural Centre. They have learned new Turkish dishes and desserts such as "Menemen" and "Cezerye".

The Cooking session was not only about the food as students were very interested in asking many questions about Turkey and Turkish culture. 

TCC believes in and actively promotes building bridges between the two friendly countries; Singapore and Turkey, in terms of culture, food, education etc.
