IRCC@Heartlands which is part of a series of road-show of the Inter-Racial and Religious Confidence Circle (IRCC) was held on 18 September 2011 at West Coast Park. 

The Guest-of-Honour was Mr. Gan Kim Yong, Minister for Health. The event aimed to promote racial and religious harmony in Singapore, where different races and religions come together to shape one united nation.

Turkish Cultural Centre set up a booth to showcase Turkish culture and heritage with exotic Turkish coffee, selected dishes, and native art as well as mingle with Singaporeans. Minister Gan Kim Ying visited our booth, drank coffee and tasted some food as many other Singaporeans did.

There were other activities at the road-show including cultural performances by community groups, kite design competition, tasting of traditional food by various ethnic groups, etc.

The activities of the event attracted more than 1,500 participants and response to our booth was wonderful. IRCC succeeded to bring people together as its theme is "Different Races, Many Beliefs, One Nation".
