The International Language Teaching Association, organize Turkish Olympiads for foreign and Turkish students who are studying Turkish abroad. This organization, which is set up with the purpose of bringing all the different nationalities, languages and cultures of the world together, and establishing bridges of friendship and peace among countries, and also presenting our national values to others, is welcomed both at national and international levels with great enthusiasm. 

The International Turkish Olympiads are supported by a great number if institutions, both national and international. The supporters are the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, TIKA, the Turkish Language Institute, the Turkish History Institute, the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, the Ataturk Cultural Center and UNESCO.

The numbers of countries participating in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th International Turkish Olympiads, the first of which was held in 2003, were respectively: 17, 24, 41, 83, 100, 110, 115, 120 and 130.

The most successful students among those who take part in the preparation course in Singapore will be representing Singapore in the International Turkish Olympiads in Turkey.  Pre and post-Olympiad activities, country tour and many more attractions are specially designed for the enjoyment of participants.

Moreover, air fare and accommodation charges will be sponsored by the Turkish Cultural Centre and the organizer.
